REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Nature of Services (No Physical Returns)
The Stream Team, LLC provides professional consulting and production services. As such, there are no physical goods to return. All sales are for intangible services and digital deliverables.
2. Cancellation & Refund Structure
We reserve time on our production calendar exclusively for your event, turning away other potential clients to do so. If you need to cancel your purchase, the following refund schedule applies based on the notice provided:
- 14+ Days Before Project Start/Event Date: Eligible for a 100% Refund.
- 7–13 Days Before Project Start/Event Date: Eligible for a 50% Refund.
- Less than 7 Days Notice: Non-Refundable. (At this stage, prep work has likely commenced and the calendar slot cannot be filled).
How to Request a Refund:
To request a cancellation and refund, please email us at julie@getthestreamteam.com with your Order Number. Refunds are processed to the original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following situations are not eligible for refunds:
- Completed Services: Once a Strategy Audit, Dry Run, or Live Event has been conducted, no refunds will be issued.
- "Taste-Based" Dissatisfaction: Refunds are not issued based on subjective opinions (e.g., "I didn't like the style of the blog post") provided that The Stream Team has met all objective deliverables outlined in the service description.
- Digital Downloads: Any instant-download PDF checklists or templates purchased separately are final sale and non-refundable.
4. Rescheduling Policy
We understand that plans change. You may reschedule your service date instead of cancelling.
- First Reschedule (14+ Days Notice): Free of charge.
- Late Reschedule (Less than 14 Days Notice): A $250 Rebooking Fee will apply to secure the new date.
5. Right to Refuse Service
The Stream Team, LLC reserves the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund at our sole discretion prior to the commencement of work. Reasons for cancellation may include operational constraints, conflicts of interest, or if we determine that your business is not yet ready for the level of service purchased.
6. Technical Failures
In the event of a platform-wide outage (e.g., Zoom goes down globally) that prevents services from being rendered, we will offer a free reschedule of the event. Monetary refunds are not issued for third-party platform failures.
