The Showrunner is our signature done-for-you package. We become your behind-the-scenes webinar partner — managing the tech, the timeline, and the inevitable surprises — so your team shows up polished, confident, and completely present.

What’s Included:

1. The Strategy & Build: Includes everything in The Launchpad (backend setup, registration flow, email automation, pre-event promotions) plus a custom-built Run-of-Show to keep the event moving perfectly.
2. Speaker Coordination & Prep: We handle the logistics of coordinating your speakers end-to-end. Tech checks, lighting audits, and a pre-show prep call ensure everyone arrives confident, prepared, and ready to present.
3. Live Event Support: We join fifteen minutes before your event opens to welcome speakers, run final checks, and resolve any last-minute issues. Once you're live, we're running everything behind the scenes:
• Managing screen shares and transitions.
• Monitoring audio and addressing any technical issues in real time
• Moderating the chat and surfacing key audience questions
• Executing the backup plan immediately if a speaker drops or connection lags
  
4. The Hot Lead Report: Within 24 hours of your event, we deliver a full attendee engagement report so your sales team can follow up while the conversation is still warm.
5. Post-Show Social Clips (3x): A great webinar shouldn't end when the recording stops. We review the full event, extract your three strongest moments, and deliver them as polished vertical video clips, formatted and ready to post across your social channels.

How It Works:

1. Purchase: Save your spot in the queue to secure your date. (Please contact us to check availability first if your date is fixed).
2. Kickoff: We meet 4-6 weeks prior to the event to map the strategy.
3. The Build: We handle platform setup, registration, speaker coordination, and promotional assets.
4. The Rehearsal: We run a full technical dry-run one week before your event.
5. Showtime: You log in and talk. We handle everything else.

Important Notes:

• Platform: To deliver this service, we'll need full admin access to your webinar platform. This is how we configure your setup, manage the live event, and make sure everything runs exactly as planned. 
• Rescheduling: We understand plans change. You may reschedule your date once with at least 14 days' notice. Please review our Service Agreement for full details.
