The Showrunner is our signature full-service package. I become your fractional webinar producer, handling the entire run-of-show from the initial strategy call to the final "End Recording" click.

I am your safety net. I manage the tech, the timeline, and the inevitable glitches, so you look polished and professional.

What’s Included:

🎬 The Strategy & Build: Includes everything in The Launchpad (backend setup, registration flow, email automation, pre-event promotions) plus a custom-built Run-of-Show to keep the event moving perfectly.

🎙 White-Glove Speaker Prep: I take over the logistics of coordinating your speakers. I handle the tech checks, lighting audits, and "Green Room" prep so they feel like VIPs.

⚡️ Live Day-of Production (The "Safety Net"): I join the event 15 minutes early to manage the Green Room, welcome speakers, and troubleshoot any last minute issues. During the show, I am in the virtual booth:

• Managing screen shares and transitions.
• Monitoring audio levels and fixing background noise.
• Moderating the chat and pinning key questions.
• Troubleshooting: If a speaker drops or the internet lags, I execute the backup plan immediately.

📹 Post-Event Wrap: I deliver the raw video files, a "Hot Lead" report of your attendees, and a brief write-up to share with your internal team within 24 hours.

📱 Post-Show Social Assets (3x): A great broadcast shouldn't end when you hit stop. We review the recording, extract the strongest soundbites, and deliver them as polished, vertical video clips (9:16). You receive three 30-second clips, perfectly formatted to feed your social channels.

How It Works:

1. Purchase: Save your spot in the queue to secure your date. (Please contact us to check availability first if your date is fixed).
2. Kickoff: We meet 4-6 weeks prior to the event to map the strategy.
3. The Takeover: I handle the setup, links, and speaker coordination.
4. The Rehearsal: We run a full technical dry-run 1 week out.
5. Showtime: On the day of the event, you just log in and talk. I handle the rest.
