1. The Complete Launchpad Suite: You get everything included in our Launchpad package: the 60-minute strategy kickoff, the custom Run-of-Show, the complete backend registration setup, and the promotional email toolkit.

2. Executive Speaker Coordination: We handle the logistics of coordinating your speakers end-to-end. Full tech checks, lighting audits, and a pre-show rehearsal ensure everyone arrives prepared and ready to present without wasting their valuable time.

3. Live Event Support: We join 15 minutes before your event opens to run final checks. Once you're live, we run everything behind the scenes:

   • Managing screen shares and smooth scene transitions.

   • Monitoring audio and addressing technical issues in real-time.

   • Moderating the chat and surfacing key audience questions to the host.

   • Executing the backup plan immediately if a speaker drops or a connection lags.

4. The Hot Lead Report: Within 24 hours of your event, we deliver a full attendee engagement report so your sales team can follow up while the conversation is still warm.

5. Post-Show Social Clips (3x): A great webinar shouldn't end when the recording stops. We review the event, extract your three strongest moments, and deliver them as polished, branded vertical video clips—ready to post across your social channels.

How It Works:

1. Purchase: Save your spot in the queue to secure your date. (Please contact us to check availability first if your date is fixed).
2. The Kickoff: We meet 4-6 weeks prior to the event to map the strategy and run-of-show.
3. The Build: We handle the platform setup, registration workflows, and promotional assets.
4. The Rehearsal: We run a full technical dry-run with your speakers one week before the event.
5. Showtime: You log in and talk. We handle everything else.

Important Notes:

• Platform Access: To deliver this service, we'll need full admin access to your webinar platform. This is how we configure your setup, manage the live event, and ensure everything runs exactly as planned. 
• Rescheduling: We understand plans change. You may reschedule your date once with at least 14 days' notice. Please review our Service Agreement for full details.
