The Launchpad is the perfect behind-the-scenes support system. I act as your technical architect to build the entire backend of your webinar, ensure every setting is optimized and on-brand, and then hand you the keys.

We do the heavy lifting. You take the credit.

What’s Included:

⚙️ The "Bulletproof" Backend Setup: I log into your platform (StreamYard, Zoom, or Riverside) and configure every setting—branding, scenes/transitions, and waiting rooms—so you avoid the common "rookie mistakes."

📩 Registration Flow Construction: I set up the registration page and the automated email sequence (Confirmation + 2 Reminders) to ensure your audience actually shows up.

📣 The Promo Toolkit: We don’t just set up the tech; we help you drive the traffic. You receive a ready-to-launch promotional campaign, including 2-3 optimized emails and polished social assets, so your team can effortlessly market the event.

📝 The Speaker Prep Kit: I provide a customized version of my "Speaker Prep Checklist" for you to send to your guests, ensuring they have the right lighting, internet, and mic setup.

🚀 The 60-Minute "Dry Run" Rehearsal: We get on a call with your speakers 2-7 days before the event. I run a full tech check, teach you how to manage the platform, and run through a "disaster drill" so your team knows exactly what to do if things go wrong.

How It Works:

1. Purchase: Secure your Launchpad package.
2. Onboarding: You fill out a brief form with your event details and platform login access (or invite me as an Admin).
3. The Build: I spend roughly 3-5 days building the backend and assets.
4. The Handoff: We meet for the "Dry Run," where I train you on your new setup.
5. You Go Live: You run the actual event yourself, confident that the foundation is solid.

Note: This package includes setup and rehearsal only. It does not include live, day-of support. On the day of the webinar, your team will be responsible for starting the broadcast and managing the stream. If you need me in the virtual booth during the live show, please view the Showrunner Package.
